How to redeem your gift card

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
2. Tap your photo or account icon and sign in to the intended Apple Account.
3. Select Redeem Code (the wording may vary by device).
4. Choose Enter Code Manually, enter your delivered code and tap Redeem.

Check the card type and country first. Apple Store gift cards have different uses from App Store cards.

1. Visit Google Play's official redeem page.
2. Sign in to the Google Account that should receive the balance.
3. Enter your code and select Redeem.
4. Review the receiving account and select Confirm.

The card's country and currency must match the eligible account. You must be in the country where the card was purchased.

1. Open the official Xbox redemption page and follow its redeem link.
2. Sign in to the correct Microsoft account.
3. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and follow the confirmation prompts.
4. Check the account for the balance, game or subscription associated with your code.

Wallet cards, game keys and subscription codes have different conditions. Check region and subscription eligibility on the product listing.

1. Open roblox.com/redeem in a browser.
2. Sign in to the intended Roblox account.
3. Enter the gift card code and select Redeem.
4. Read the confirmation and follow the available options for your card's credit or reward.

Check the exact card type. Gift card credit and direct Robux products may have different redemption results.

Use the issuer instructions included with your product listing or delivery message. A store voucher may be applied at checkout; a game key may activate a product; a direct top-up may already be delivered to your game account and require no code.

Do not enter a card on a different brand's website. If your brand is not listed, contact us before redeeming.

Check the copied code for missing characters or extra spaces. Verify the brand and receiving account. For an already-redeemed message, check your balance or purchase history. If unresolved, contact support with your order number and an error screenshot that hides the full code.

Compare the card's country and currency with the issuer's account and location requirements. Stop retrying until eligibility is confirmed. Contact the issuer or our support team for guidance.

Many issuers restrict transfers of redeemed balances. Check the issuer's terms before confirming and always redeem on the intended account.
