Please note that the letters o, i and z are not used, you can click "Scan QR Code" and scan the QR code directly on the back of your card.

On the Wii U you will need to set up an Internet connection and make sure your console has the latest update installed, after that scroll down to the Wii U menu and select the Nintendo eShop icon. Select "Enter Download Code" highlighted at the top of the screen and enter the Nintendo Gift Card Code.
