• Damaged or defective
• The delivery of a fully functional product is greatly delayed
• You have decided to return the product within 14 days of delivery (you do not need to provide a reason)
2) The services rendered in electronic environment or the intangible goods and digital content products (games, CD key, pre-paid gift cards etc.) delivered to the consumer instantly cannot be canceled and returned.
